How we work out the price

  • Monthly fee, net = 34.64 PLN × √(number of employees × points) + 3,407.94 PLN + hosting.
  • Points: internal communication is always switched on and counts as 4 points in the „all employees” model. Every extra module adds its own points.
  • Module points: a standard module 1; small home-screen extras and information pages 0.5; browser version 2; courses and SCORM training 3; 24/7 support 3; sports challenge 8.
  • Hosting: 500 PLN a month in the cloud, 0 PLN on your own server.
  • Annual fee, net = 12 × the monthly fee. The minimum contract value is 36,000 PLN per year.
  • The calculator covers 200 to 10,000 employees.
  • The „active users only” model: the base counts as 39 points instead of 4 and the result is divided by the headcount. With 2,000 employees and internal communication alone that is 6.79 PLN per active user a month.
  • The sports challenge can be switched on for selected months of the year. You then pay for that module only for the months of the season, while the app itself is billed for 12 months.

The table assumes cloud hosting and the fee for all employees. On your own server every monthly amount is 500 PLN lower and every annual amount 6,000 PLN lower. 5 points is, for example, the canteen menu, FAQ and knowledge base, surveys and quizzes, Kaizen and leave requests (1 point each). 10 points is the same modules plus shift schedules, payslips, onboarding, employee chat and ERP and HR integrations.
